TEMPTED?

Eve Vodka is a contemporary English vodka made exclusively from apples. Distilled from scratch at our sustainable distillery using heritage apples, sourced from the heart of the Garden of England.

As illuminated distillers, we wanted to breathe new life into the category, which is full of traditional, industrial vodkas without character or integrity. We set out to create a product that is truly sustainable, nurturing the land and working alongside nature, not against it.

Smooth, CRISP & FRESH

English Vodka

Return to Paradise with this temptingly smooth, crisp, and refreshing contemporary vodka. Breaking with centuries of vodka tradition, we decided to go against the grain (and potatoes) to commit the original sin - we picked the apple.

Made from scratch with heritage British apples at our sustainable distillery in the Garden of England.

Delicious aromas of crisp ripe red apple, hints of citrus and a finish of apple crumble and vanilla - rich, round and smooth.

Locally sourced Kentish

Heritage Apples

Eve Vodka is made with a selection of heritage and modern apple varieties such as the historic Kentish Filbasket and William Crump, and household favourites like Royal Gala and Egremont Russet. Our recipe balances ripe red apple and honeyed fruit notes with tart, crisp, bright green apple flavours.

2000 years of growing tradition and an ideal climate make England one of the best places on earth to grow apples. Working with experienced orchardists, some of these farming families have been growing fruit here since Henry VIII called our home 'The Garden Of England'.

Champagne Yeast Fermented

Distilled 22 Times

Our apples are fermented with champagne yeast before undergoing 22 distillations for purity on our specialist column still, producing an exceedingly smooth, crisp spirit with a clean finish - the result of a beautifully balanced fermentation.

Defining a new category of vodka, our distillation process is perfected to create the smoothest spirit possible. Distilling to 96% on our 21-plate American column still, a final distillation is conducted on our custom German still. This finishes the spirit beautifully thanks to a high percentage of copper contact, and local Kentish chalk water enhances the smooth, creamy texture.

Recycled Glass & Renewable Energy

Sustainability

All of our processes are powered by renewable energy from solar power and steam-powered waste wood biomass, including prunings from orchards. Our bottles are made from 100% post consumer recycled glass and our corks are natural and home compostable. No single use plastics involved.

To build a legacy, we act as custodians of the land and have created a product that not only looks and tastes amazing, but does good for the world. We designed and built this company to be sustainable from day one with no greenwashing, but instead creating local, traceable initiatives that make a difference.

Sustainability & Process

How It's Made

2000 years of growing tradition and an ideal climate make England one of the best places on earth to grow apples. Working with experienced orchardists, some of these farming families have been growing fruit here since Henry VIII called our home 'The Garden Of England'.

Eve Vodka is created with an assemblage of both heritage and modern varieties of apples, creating our signature crisp, fresh finish. Some varieties you have likely never heard of such as Kentish Filbasket and William Crump, to household favourites like Royal Gala and Egremont Russet.

Brought to the farm by tractor and simply crushed, the seeds are removed before the apples are fermented with a mixture of wild and champagne yeasts. 22 distillations on our custom built, small batch vodka stills create an exceedingly smooth spirit, which is finally blended with local, chalk-filtered water.

Resting in stainless steel tanks for a month guarantees a luxurious, smooth texture and crisp, clean flavour.

Powered by Renewable Energy

Certified Carbon Neutral

Orchards are inherently planet positive, as havens for biodiversity that require a fraction of the fuel and nutrient inputs needed to grow grain and potatoes. Apple trees themselves remove carbon from the atmosphere, and many orchards are still productive and locking up carbon for centuries.

All of our processes are powered by renewable energy from solar power and our steam-powered waste wood biomass boiler (which also uses prunings from orchards). Our bottles are made from 100% post consumer recycled glass and our corks are natural and home compostable. No single use plastics involved.

Leftover pomace from the distilling process goes to a variety of local regenerative agriculture uses. With us, there is no such thing as waste. We reuse, recycle and recover. The little offsetting we need to do is done within 10 miles of the distillery with pioneering British agroforestry and heritage, community orchard planting.
